For this retail plaza activation in Milan, the client wanted to create a high-visibility character display that could become a recognizable landmark outside the shopping complex. HAFE developed a custom giant inflatable character display designed for outdoor plaza visibility, night-time illumination, and repeated event use.
The inflatable was designed with an exaggerated head-to-body ratio, large eyes, rounded facial details, and a friendly raised-hand pose. This allowed the character to remain recognizable from a distance and created a strong emotional connection with visitors.
