The client faced the challenge of finding a mobile lighting unit that offered superior brightness without compromising on portability or energy efficiency. The system is powered by premium Bridgelux (US) LED COB technology, renowned for its stability and longevity. It delivers a massive 66,000 lumens of light output, providing an efficiency of approximately 110lm/w. The setup features a durable tubular balloon envelope (dia.90 x h50cm) that diffuses light to eliminate glare, ensuring a safe working environment for crane operators and ground crews.
For deployment, the system utilizes the TMFA-4000F (TP420A), a robust 4-section tripod stand. It extends to a maximum height of 4.2m (13.8ft), allowing the light to cast over wide perimeters. Powered by a reliable DC24V PSU, this unit is built to withstand the rigors of daily construction use.
