2. Core Technologies
a) Rapid-Inflate Mast (RIM™) Architecture
- Triple-layer composite mast: Outer 500D PU-coated nylon, middle TPU air barrier, inner aramid fiber reinforcement.
- Integrated brushless DC pump (24V/120W): Full inflation in <12 sec; automatic head lock in 3 sec.
- Structural rigidity equivalent to an 80mm steel pole—at 1/5 the weight.
b) OmniGlow™ 360° Optical System
- Four independently controlled LED modules with micro-reflector bowls and diffuser lenses—zero hotspots.
- Illuminance uniformity >0.7 (vs. 0.3–0.5 for conventional towers), compliant with IESNA RP-8.
- Adjustable CCT: 3000K (medical), 4500K (urban), 5500K (industrial).
c) PowerFlex™ Energy Management
