What kind of guarantee do you give?
We check and test before goods leave our factory and offer a warranty against defects. For repairable situations such as parts damage, we provide free replacement parts or reimburse local purchases. For non-repairable situations, we offer a free replacement. Minor cosmetic issues such as incomplete thread trimming, minor flaws not visible to the naked eye, removable chalk marks, wrinkles, and unavoidable fiber smell are not considered defects.
How do you start the order?
We begin your order after receiving payment. We then send videos and photos of the lighting balloon testing and packaging stages, with your company name shown on an A4 paper to ensure authenticity.
